Syrah

The artwork sync with the Intellego Chenin Blanc label and these two labels illustrate the two different seasons we get in summer and winter. The seasons have a major impact on the vines and quality of fruit.

Whole bunch fermented for 10 days under semi-carbonic conditions after which being transferred to 500L old barrels for another 10 months.
