Halagasha
“Halagasha” is the Xhosa term which this South Africa tribe use when celebrating the score of a soccer goal. Pinotage is a celebration of what we can achieve with this local variety in South Africa and Halagasha is just one of many examples of this diverse style.
Whole bunch fermented under semi-carbonic conditions for 8 days in stainless steel tanks.
Aged for 5 months in 225L barrels after which it spends 4 weeks in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
